What we collect
zenmode collects your email address when you sign in. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your name and email from Google. We store the tasks, notes, and preferences you create in the app.
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar events (title, time, and date) to display them within the app. This access is read-only, optional, and only occurs when you explicitly connect your calendar. We do not store your calendar data on our servers — it is fetched on demand and displayed only to you.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the zenmode service — syncing your tasks and preferences across devices. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, which uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Data is protected by row-level security so only you can access your own data.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google for optional sign-in, and the Google Calendar API for optional calendar integration. These services have their own privacy policies.
Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You may also contact us if you need assistance.
